Hello,

My name is Svetla Velichkova and I was born on 28th of December 1987. I live in the capital of Bulgaria – Sofia.

Since I remember myself my life is connected with animals and especially with dogs. I've been raised with a German Shepherd dog and ever since the house is always full of dogs.

My passion for dog shows began when I was 12 years old, on a dog show for Northern dogs, where I met Nikolina and Zlatina Davidovska. In time we became very close friends and now we all take part in the development of the kennel “Golden Nicol”. I’ve achieved much success through the years, thanks to what they taught me. I’m very thankful to them for everything!

The dog handling became not just a passion and a hobby, now it's something that I love to do! Through the years I've worked with many famous kennels in Europe. One of them is Vallee de Morava, situated in France, next to Paris. Another one is Wolf Point, whose owner is Augustin Ionescu - a real close friend of mine.

I have a lot of first places in Junior handling for the years that I could compete in that age group. A lot of first places in France, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. After Junior handling competitions I have had a great success in Professional Handling competitions and of course - Best in show!

For me the best formula for success is love, training and passion!
